this 1700 square foot house offers open living areas to a gorgeous views of beautiful lake ripley New patio with a new natural gas grill for cooking. The upper level has a 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. The main level includes 1 bedroom, one full bathroom with laundry, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cooking basics, toaster, blender, crockpot) and dining room. Pier has bumpers to tie up your boat, a bench and ladder to get in and out of the water. Lake Ripley has a no wake from 7:30 pm to 11:00 a.m. for you to enjoy calm waters for paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. The driveway can hold 5-6 vehicles and has a basketball hoop. Also included is a detached 1 car garage with 2 kayaks and some life jackets for use during your stay.
